Install AnyDesk or TeamViewer on your computer. If it’s already installed, simply launch it.
Book an appointment
Please arrange an appointment with us by phone, email or via a ticket, and leave your computer switched on at the agreed time.
Follow along
We do not lock or hide the screen, so you can see every step. If you wish, we can also record the session.

What is a remote desktop?
With the remote desktop program, the expert can work on your computer as if they were sitting right next to you. You must always authorise the connection, and you remain in control of the process throughout:
- To log in, you’ll need a password, which the program generates when it starts up and which only you know.
- You can see everything on your own screen, so nothing happens without you knowing about it.
- We move the cursor, but you can take control at any time using your own mouse.
- When you close the program, the connection is immediately terminated, and from that point onwards we will no longer have access to your computer.
Remote assistance
How much does remote assistance cost?
€50.00/hour; for larger projects, we will provide a bespoke quote; the fee does not include VAT. We will agree on the date and the scope of work in advance.
What do you need for this?
An internet connection and the AnyDesk or TeamViewer software installed on your computer. We can provide support for both Windows and macOS systems, for home users and small businesses.

To establish the connection, you must authorise it using a password which the program generates when it starts up and which no one else knows. You can see everything on your own screen, you can take control at any time using the mouse, and the connection is immediately terminated when you close the program.
