Each member of our team has been providing web hosting, VPS and server services for 20 years. On this page, we explain what our services are based on.
Our servers
AMD processors
The web hosting plans run on high-clock-speed AMD Ryzen processors, whilst the KVM VPSs and dedicated cPanel servers run on AMD Epyc processors.
NVMe storage devices
We use PCIe-connected NVMe SSDs for storage, which are even faster than conventional SSDs. The VPSs run on redundant NVMe storage.
Network
KVM VPSs connect at speeds of 2 Gbps, whilst Windows VPSs connect at speeds of 1–3 Gbps depending on the plan, and are provided with both an IPv4 and an IPv6 address. Web hosting plans offer unlimited traffic from the Starter plan onwards.
0–24 monitoring
We monitor our servers and services 24 hours a day, so we always have an accurate picture of their status and can intervene as soon as possible in the event of a fault.
Software environment
CloudLinux
cPanel and reseller hosting plans run on the CloudLinux operating system. Each account is allocated its own resource quota, so an overloaded website does not slow down the others, and older versions of PHP can also be used securely.
Resource limits for plansUser interfaces
On cPanel hosting plans, websites, databases and email accounts are managed via cPanel, whilst on web hosting plans, they are managed via the KeyHelp control panel. With cPanel plans, you can choose between PHP versions 5.1–8.5 using the CloudLinux PHP Selector; on web hosting plans, PHP 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 are available, whilst static hosting runs on an Nginx server.
KVM virtualisation
Our VPS servers run on KVM virtualisation, with their own dedicated resources. You can choose from AlmaLinux, CloudLinux, Debian, Rocky Linux and Ubuntu, whilst Windows VPS comes with a licensed copy of Windows Server and RDP access.
Multi-layered protection
In today’s internet, which is rife with attacks, security is a top priority, which is why we protect our servers using multiple layers of defence:
- DDoS protection is included with all our services; for dedicated solutions, this is a multi-layered system which generally filters out malicious traffic whilst ensuring the website remains accessible throughout.
- Layer 7 protection on web servers against bots and spam bots that harm websites.
- ModSecurity is a web firewall on cPanel servers that blocks malicious requests, such as SQL injection and cross-site scripting (XSS).
- ImunifyAV+ is a malware scanner on cPanel servers that monitors files and flags suspicious activity.
- CageFS isolation: on CloudLinux hosting, each user sees their own, isolated file system.
- A free SSL certificate is included with every web hosting plan, so websites can be accessed via an encrypted HTTPS connection.
If a serious vulnerability emerges, we respond swiftly: in the case of the PHP2Shell vulnerability, for example, we applied security rules even before the patch was released, and then installed the updates within minutes.
Backup
Hardware failure, a hacked website or an accidental deletion: there are many ways to lose data. Backups are your last line of defence, which is why we regularly perform backups for our services.
- cPanel hosting: daily JetBackup backups, from which you can restore files, databases and emails yourself.
- Web hosting: backups included in the Starter plan.
- VPS: daily backups.
- Email hosting: daily backups.
Data centres
Our servers are housed in professional data centres, equipped with redundant power supplies and emergency generators. Access is restricted, and the premises are monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You can choose from a number of locations across Europe, but you can also host your services in North America, Asia and Australia, wherever is closest to your visitors.

Thanks to our modern hardware, continuous monitoring and multi-layered security, we are able to guarantee 99.9 per cent annual uptime (SLA) for our web hosting, cPanel, static and email hosting, and KVM VPS services, excluding scheduled maintenance.
