Is it worth choosing a .hu domain? Trust, search engines and brand protection
A .hu domain builds trust with Hungarian visitors and tells search engines your site is for Hungary. When is it enough, and when do you need .com or .eu too?
Every server comes with unlimited traffic, an IPv4 and IPv6 address, IPMI remote access and DDoS protection, and can be ordered with a cPanel, Plesk or Windows Server licence. Prices are monthly fees and do not include VAT; a one-off set-up fee equivalent to one month’s fee is payable at the time of ordering. Please contact us regarding larger servers and we will send you a quote.
Limited stock due to the hardware crisis. Due to the current hardware shortage – primarily a lack of memory – some of our servers are in short supply, others are temporarily unavailable, and not all configurations are available at every location. Stock levels are changing rapidly, so please check with our support team regarding current availability and available locations before placing an order.

I would like to request a quoteWith a dedicated server, you have exclusive use of all resources, ensuring you get the best possible performance. Our team maintains the servers and carries out repairs in the event of hardware failure.
If the server is in stock, you can receive it within an hour, pre-installed with your chosen operating system, so that you can start working as soon as possible.
Your server comes with DDoS protection as standard, which filters out overload attacks at network level, ensuring that your services remain accessible.
You can still access the server console via the IPMI interface even if the operating system fails to start, allowing you to reboot or reinstall the machine.
You can order the server with a Linux operating system and a cPanel or Plesk licence, or with Windows Server and a Windows Server licence, allowing you to manage it using the interface you’re familiar with.
The servers are hosted in a European Union data centre, so your data remains within the EU, but a North American location is also available if your visitors are based there.
Our data centresA dedicated server is really worth it if you need to handle consistently high loads, require a lot of storage, or need completely isolated hardware.
For high-traffic online shops, multi-user business applications, database servers or computationally intensive tasks, a dedicated server delivers predictable performance: you do not share the processor or disk capacity with anyone else, so your system will not slow down even during peak periods.
Storage servers equipped with multiple high-capacity HDDs are designed to handle backups, archives, media libraries or private cloud storage. Fast SSDs provide storage for the system and frequently accessed data, whilst HDDs accommodate large volumes of data, even in a RAID array for greater security.
You can also install your own hypervisor, such as Proxmox VE, on a dedicated server and run multiple virtual machines or containers on it according to your own rules. This is useful if you operate many smaller services and want to decide how the hardware is utilised.
A dedicated server is an entire physical machine that you alone use: all its resources – the processor, memory, storage and network connection – are yours alone; you do not share them with other customers. This provides maximum performance and control, making it ideal for data-intensive applications, high-traffic websites, specialised software environments or the storage of large amounts of data.
This offers benefits in terms of both security and compliance, as your data is stored on a physically separate server, and we maintain the hardware at the data centre.
A VPS is a virtual machine running on a physical server, with guaranteed resources, but which shares the hardware with other virtual machines. A dedicated server has no virtualisation layer and no other tenants, so you have the entire hardware to yourself: for example, you can install your own hypervisor on it, or use multiple high-capacity hard drives for storage.
A VPS is more flexible and cheaper, and can be scaled up in a matter of minutes, whilst a dedicated server is the better option if you need consistently high, predictable performance or a large amount of storage.
Dedicated servers run in a European Union data centre by default, which ensures the lowest latency for visitors from Hungary and across Europe, whilst data remains within the EU. If your visitors or customers are mainly from the United States or Canada, you can also choose a North American location. Please contact our support team for details of the packages available at each location.
It has recently become more difficult to source memory modules and other server components, so certain configurations may be temporarily out of stock or only available at specific locations. If a server is currently unavailable, please contact us: we will let you know when it is expected to be available or recommend an alternative with similar performance.
We aim to make your new server available to you as soon as possible. For certain types and configurations, if the server is in stock, it can be available within an hour, pre-installed with your chosen operating system. In the case of bespoke requirements and specialised configurations, installation may take longer; setting up the appropriate hardware and software environment may take several days; in such cases, we will inform you of the expected timeframe in advance.
The set-up fee covers the cost of assembling, setting up and connecting the server to the network, which is carried out at the data centre. The amount is equivalent to one month’s server fee; the exact amount is also shown on the server configuration pages. This is a one-off fee that must be paid at the time of ordering and does not depend on how long you use the server; there are no further costs associated with it later on.
If you are switching from an existing VPS or smaller server, its current resource usage is a good starting point. For a new application, the application’s hardware requirements may be the guiding factor: multiple cores and memory are important for a large number of concurrent users and databases; high HDD capacity is important for backups and archives; and NVMe SSDs are important for fast databases. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we’ll help you choose.
Yes. If you choose a Linux operating system, you can order the server with either a cPanel or Plesk licence, allowing you to manage your websites, email and domains via your usual control panel. For Windows Server, we provide a Windows Server licence. The cost of the licences is payable on top of the monthly server fee; please contact our support team for details of exact prices and available versions.
IPMI is a remote management interface built into the server’s motherboard, which operates independently of the operating system. You can use it to access the server console even if the system fails to boot or if you have locked yourself out via the firewall: you can reboot the machine, monitor its status and even install an operating system. IPMI access is included with all our dedicated servers.
