At aWh, we strive to be as flexible as possible for our customers. We can merge two or more accounts into one, or split a single account into several separate accounts.

Generally, such mergers or demergers involve the transfer of services, the sharing of customer data, the migration of websites, and ensuring that no services are interrupted during the process.

If you find yourself in a situation where you need to split your services across different accounts, but you only have one hosting plan and wish to move one of your websites from that plan to a separate, new account, you will need to purchase a new hosting plan for that particular website, as we cannot split a single plan into two.

In the case of account splits or mergers, you must contact our billing department via a ticket.
