At aWh, you can use as many cards as you like. The system will use the credit card marked as ‘default’ when automatic renewal is due.

To access the menu where you can add further cards, click on the ‘Hello XY’ text in the menu bar, then select the ‘Payment methods’ option. If you follow these steps, the ‘Add new credit card’ option will appear. For each credit or debit card added to your account, a ‘Set as Default’ button will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Once you have selected a default card, this will be the one used for automatic payments.

If you wish to use a different card instead of the one currently selected as the default for automatic renewals, simply select the “Set as Default” option directly next to that card.
