What should I do if my payment fails?

Billing 1 min read

Most people who buy various products and services online have experienced failed payments at some point. Here are some of the most common scenarios in which a payment fails:

  • The credit card details you have provided do not match – you may have made a mistake when entering your card details into our system. Please double-check the details you have entered and try again.
  • Your card may have expired – if payment has not gone through, please double-check that your card has not expired. If it has, you will probably need to contact your bank.
  • Authorisation – depending on your personal preferences or your bank’s policies, you may need to authorise the transaction with your bank for the payment to go through.
  • Card limits – your card may have a daily/monthly/basic limit, which you may have already reached, meaning that you cannot make any further payments with the same card for a certain period. You will probably need to check with your bank regarding this.

If your situation does not match any of the scenarios mentioned above, you can contact your bank at any time to find out more about the details of the failed payment. Our staff are also happy to assist you via live chat, telephone or support ticket. We are available 24 hours a day, and our billing team will be happy to assist you whenever possible!
