You receive a 14-day money-back guarantee on services ordered from aWh. Exceptions to this are Windows VPS, dedicated servers, the newsletter service and domain registration. We always strive to provide one of the best experiences on the market, and we realise that if we fail to do so, you may wish to choose another provider.

Should we fail to meet your expectations, or should our service fail to live up to your standards, you may decide to request a refund.

To do this, please simply open a ticket on our client portal, where we will process your request shortly and refund your payment. In certain cases, we may ask you to specify where to send the refund, e.g. a bank account number.

Upon requesting a refund, the service – and therefore all data stored on it – will be deleted immediately.

Services such as domains and licences are non-refundable. Once a domain has been registered, it cannot be removed and will remain your domain name until it expires, even if you ordered it as part of a service that has been cancelled.
